F.A.Q.

1. What kind of service do you offer?

I’m basically a graphic designer, who likes clean layout, elegant typography, minimalistic style and coding himself websites in XHTML/CSS, Actionscript 3.0, Javascript and PHP. At the moment I’m quite into Wordpress, that’s a great tool to create evoluted websites, like personal blogs, but also eCommerce, portfolios and other kinds. I come from Corporate and Magazine design, so I would be pleased to support my client in this field, too.


2. What makes you unique?

Part of my workday is dedicated to study. So that I keep myself updated and my technical skills and competences can increase day by day. I don’t easily accept compromises about what I need for myself, as well as I would be glad to deliver the maximum of quality I’m able of, to my customers. That’s just because I do work with passion.


3. What kind of clients do you have?

Right now, since I’ve just moved to the lovable city of Copenhagen, my most frequent customers are small start up, indipendent designer of products, clothes, moda and fashio, as well as artists. In the recent time, in Milan, I was used to work for graphic bureaus who needed to outsource tasks, big agencies and companies (some of them huge) for whom I designed mainly corporate.


4. How much do you charge?

It depends by the kind and complexity of the project. Everything starts with a briefing, to which follows a quote and a statement of the work. If you agree, you’ll be requested to transfer the 30% of the budget as deposit, fact that will garantee you as a customer of mine, committing me to the project and providing me with the necessary resources to work for you. At the deliver of the final product, if you’ve approved the last revision, you’ll be asked to transfer the 50% of the budget before 30 days (net30). You will have then 90 days to transfer the remanent 20%. Normally requested outside the included in the contract will be charged at a hourly based rate. You can ask for a quote anytime filling up the appropriate form, at the relative page.


5. What kind of business relationship will we have?

Honestly I prefer to work as an independent contractor. I’ll deal with an unique point of contact, who will be specified in the contract.

I can evaluate other kind of contract depending by the project’s nature and complexity.


6. How do I pay you?

I accept a direct money transfer to my bank account, and any kind of credit card accepted by my PayPal account. In any case, if any fees will be applied, this will be charged to you.


7. How long have you been in business?

I design as a freelancer since the 2005. As a graphic designer since the 1998. And I’m in the Desktop Publishing field since the 1996.


8. Where are you located, and what are your hours?

I have my work space in Republikken, Vesterbrogade 24b, 2sal, in the city of Copenhagen (Denmark). I like time by time to work or study from a cafè, or occasionaly from home, but I am mainly stuck to the typical office hours. That means you can expect me to work since 9am, till 6pm, Monday to Friday.

Urgent works can have their special scheduler, but that will be charged reasonably.
